CHP project for Malaysian customer successfully completed

After more than half a year of construction time, due to delivery delays especially of steel containers and generators, our customer ABZ Aggregate-Bau GmbH & Co. KG was able to hand over two containerized gas engine CHP plants to a Malaysian customer. The two CHP plants will each supply a factory in Malaysia with electricity and heat. The core of the two containerized plants are two used gas Waukesha engines, type P9390GL, which we had previously refurbished to as-new condition at our reconditioning plant in Spelle. Each unit generates 1.2 MW of electrical power and 1.9 MW of thermal power. The factory acceptance test in the presence of the customer at ABZ in Henstedt-Ulzburg went off without any problems and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
